As a Chartered Surveyor of 26 years and part of the construction industry for over 30 years, and with some coding knowledge, I felt it was important to create an AI chat app to help people within the industry and the public to navigate the new, critical, but highly complex information surrounding this legislation.

Parts of this Act, unlike most other intricate regulations targeting our industry, is intended to be used by the general public as well as well as experienced contractors, suppliers, professionals, local authorities and regulators.
Given the significance and broad scope of this legislation, it is our collective responsibility to ensure that this vital information is made accessible and understandable to the millions of people that will be impacted by it.
So why not use these new AI tools to bridge the gap between the complexity of the legislation and the need for clear and easy to digest context?
Accessibility should be empowering both to industry professionals and the public.
