1. Introduction

10.2 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, users’ rights to use the App will immediately cease. Users must discontinue all use of the App and delete any copies of content obtained through the App. Termination may result in the deletion of user content and information associated with the user’s account. The App provider will not be liable to users or any third party for termination of access to the App.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
